GECF Tweets Condolences on Kazempour Demise

TEHRAN (Shana) — The Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) expressed their sadness at the demise of veteran Iranian energy negotiator Hossein Kazempour Ardebili in a tweet on Saturday.

 

 

The tweet reads: “Deeply saddened by the demise of HE Hossein Kazempour Ardebili, #GECF Executive Board Member of #Iran. Esteemed colleague of ours, accomplished diplomat, significant contributor in #GECF, true patriot of his country. The most sincere condolences to the Ministry and family.”

Mr. Ardebili died on Saturday after nearly two weeks of coma caused by a severe brain stroke.
